Film History and Recommendation:
Metropolis, Fritz Lang’s classic that was originally released in 1927, depicted the writers’ vision of how the world would appear in the year 2000. Although it was introduced to the public in the pre-talkie era of Hollywood, it is one of the most influential movies of all time and is still relevant today.
